What we collect
When you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive the details you provide: your name, company, email address, telephone number and the details of your enquiry, including any specifications or drawings you send.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare quotations, place orders and deliver the work. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where work goes ahead, on the steps needed to enter into and carry out a contract with you.
Who handles it
Form submissions are processed by Netlify, which hosts this website, and passed to our email, which is hosted by Zoho. Where a quotation needs supplier input, we share only the technical details needed to price it. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project records for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting work, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email andrew@amcduffconsulting.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.
